Four Pillars

Accounting – Mini-CFO

Our first pillar is our accounting services and our mini-CFO program.  Every business owner would like to have unlimited access to their accountant to strategize and have them involved in every single aspect of their finances.  The billable hour model creates a conflict of interest and stands in the way of CPAs being able to provide maximum value, but not anymore.

We offer accounting service with unlimited calls and full planning around your business, wealth, retirement and estate plan, for a monthly fee starting at as little as $500/month.  If we can’t provide many times more your cost in value we won’t work together as it doesn’t make sense for either party.

Insurance – Corporate Tax Strategies

One of the most powerful tools in a business owner’s wealth-building toolbox is insurance products and strategies.  The tax free benefits and growth you can get with specific insurance strategies can dramatically outperform typical investment approaches and do it with much less risk.

If you’re a business owner and you cringe when you hear the word insurance, then you haven’t had your mind blown with what these strategies can do for you!

Investing – Institutional Wealth Management Approach

There’s a ton of noise and conflicting advice when it comes to investing.  Institutional investors, or as we refer to them, “the smart money” invests very different than the advice the retail public receives.  They have a large allocation of their portfolio allocated to private investments like private real estate, debt and equity/businesses.  This provides diversification from the stock market so they don’t have all their eggs in one basket and provides higher yields in our current low interest rate environment.

We signed a contract with one of the largest independent wealth management firms in the country that also uses private investments in their investment approach.  They also manage money for dozens of the wealthiest families in the country.  If the wealthy are investing this way why aren’t you?  Now you can!

Financing – Business Owners & Their Clients

As business owners ourselves, we know that businesses need capital to grow.  We’ve raised money ourselves and show business owners how they can do the same, even access RRSP funds from people they know.  We also have funders that will provide many different types of financing to business owners, typically asset-backed but not always.  The funders can also provide financing solutions for customers to purchase your products or services, which can be another great way to boost your sales.
